Bicycles!

The hubs and I got new bikes today.  We rode them from our house, to a local elementary school..and then back to our house.  It is about 2.5 miles - and it was the perfect day for it today!

My bike is pretty aqua...reminds me of my ruffle heart outfit.  I love aqua/turquoise...so here are some beautiful aqua things..that warm my soul!

Exciting times!

Hi everyone!
I am so excited to write today!! I have a nice long weekend 5 days!  However, after 5/30, I'll be on a business trip until 6/10.  If you will be needing anything from the shop, please get your order in on 5/30 and I'll prep it for shipping before I leave on 5/31. Any orders placed after 5/30 will be shipped 6/11-6/17. 

I have big plans for the 11 nights that I cannot sew - I am going to finish my look book!  I have awesome scrapbooking materials & photos of my work!  So by the time I get back - I'll be ready for a fantastic trunk show!!

I will be missing my sewing room, dog, cat and most of all my husband and son while I am away.  I hope to make this time as productive as possible... There is something to be said for making lemonade with any lemons you get, right!

Rainy Day Project :)

My plans to be at the Strauss Theater are tossed.  Yesterday we had a huge chance of rain, and it never came.  But it has been raining since midnight or so..and its still icky...and I was sick one day this past week.  So..I am going to stay home today. 

But - out of all things comes good - right?!  So, I am working on redesigning my booth coordinating with my blog, cards and such :)  Sneak peek!

 

I love the colors..and it will nice to have a cohesive look - I am looking forward to finishing the banner and the pennants today.

So for those of you that do not know me personally - let me share just a little bit about me.  I LOVE music.  I am listening to music almost all the time I am at home..and pretty much all the time I am sewing.  I sing too, but only when the music is WAY louder :)  I am not even sure its a 'joyful noise'.
